Summary
Norwegian Refugee Council (NRG) seeks to recruit a Kenyan National for the role of Team Lead at the Global Recruitment Centre in Nairobi.
This position involves HR support, pre-employment background checks, and international employment contracts.
Note, this position is only open exclusively to Kenyans.
Among the key qualifications include
- HR/admin experience.
- International HR expertise.
- ICT skills.
- Mastery of English (French or Spanish an added advantage).
Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure quality in contracting team activities.
- Execute tasks in line with established strategies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor Advisers in the Contract Administration Team.
- Provide leadership through training and capacity building.
- Oversee HR Management System operations.
- Review job offers and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Develop and monitor service level agreement dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement and workforce planning oversight.
