Human Resource & Operations Manager Needed at Lutheran World Federation Kenya-Somalia Program
The Lutheran World Federation is a humanitarian organization that has been supporting refugees and internally displaced people in Kenya and Somalia since 1992 when it was established.
The organization has established the Department of World Service (WS) - its humanitarian and development arm tasked with addressing refugee issues.
The Federation is seeking to recruit a qualified and highly experiences HR and Operations manager to manage its Human resource.
The manager will be tasked with supervising operational functions extending to logistics, procurement, administration, and ICT.
The manager will directly report to the country representative who is part of the Country's Program's Management Team.
